Bill – I have never taken the
time to send a letter to a business that has provided me excellent service. Usually I just take it
for granted and forget about my purchasing experience. I’m making an exception based on the
experience with the purchase of our first travel trailer from Family Camping Outlet on March 2011. From the day that we
first contacted Andy about touring the K-Z Spree until the day we drove it home, every interaction with Family Camping Outlet
exceeded our expectations. To be honest, we looked high and low for the perfect camper and we were always
drawn back to Family Camping Outlet; not necessarily because of the campers on the lot (which we did love), but because of
the pleasant experience we always had when stopping in for a look at the new inventory. When picking up my camper today, I was prepared
to sit down as soon as I arrived, hand over a check and sign a pile of documents. I was wrong.
Andy immediately took me into the garage and gave me a very thorough walkthrough and demo of my new camper.
In fact, it was hitched to my truck and ready to go before anyone even hinted at getting down to business. As for
getting down to business; this is the part of the experience that has prompted this letter. To my disappointment
there was some confusion over the details of the deal. Admittedly, I did not communicate my understanding
of certain terms of the agreement as clearly as I should have. Being by myself for the delivery of the
camper, I stepped outside to call my wife to give her the news that the camper she has wanted for the past few years might
not be coming home with me today. Before I could get another sentence out, you had interrupted my phone
call with my wife to inform me that we would make the deal based on the terms, as I understood them. Based on my overall
experience, Family Camping Outlet has gained another customer for life. I would not recommend for anyone
to purchase a camper elsewhere. Thank you for such a painless camper purchase!

Frontier. This was our first camper and we searched high and low for the perfect unit, and just fell in
love with this camper. This year we traded it for our 2457Px2 and love it just as much. The
one thing that sold us more than anything else on both units was the exceptional service and family feeling we received from
FAMILY CAMPING OUTLET in POTTSTOWN, PA. Bill and his
family of employees are exceptional people and always have time for my wife and me, no matter how busy
